2. Doesn’t specify what the Change License is to be.

“Business Source License” is a trademark of MariaDB Corporation Ab.

It refers to the copyright of the license text, and this is pretty common in all BSL licenses. Also the Change License is clearly specified. Any reason you've classified this as a bug?
