I think I understand the problem you're having, been there before 😅 Coming from "traditional" RDBMS world, we see data connected using JOIN. Surrealdb offers better approach, by using "edge and vertex" from graph database, so no more JOIN in your case. I'm still learning about it (#252), but finding it more flexible. There's a simple example you can check (#167), hope it helps. |

Suppose I have an Article table with lots of articles and some tags,
Each article link with multiple tags. I want to receive all article which has some specific tag.
In mysql
We use join and where condition
Example : Select * from article join tags using(id_tag) where tags.value ='';
How can i do that , i tried but failed
SELECT * FROM article WHERE tags.*.value = ''/ not working
