Add page up / page down support for lists

Some GUI lists such as the replay list can get quite long. Supporting page up, page down (and as a lesser priority, home and end) for lists would make navigating them on keyboard faster and easier (and even when primarily using a mouse, page up and page down can sometimes be more practical than scrolling).
