Improve Kart Coloring for Soccer

Blue and red players can be hard to tell apart when certain karts are used. Specifically, Nolok and Puffy have dark base colors, making them look almost black or dark gray on darker maps like Las Dunas. Godette also has no visible team coloring when viewed from the back.

Possible fixes include using a brighter blue for better contrast and tweaking the coloring on some of the problematic karts.
