Updatable modules

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now, there's no good way to dynamically update a module. We should be able to replace a module with the same version-string prefix (configurable?)

1. Say a module A has version 1.0.0.Final, and we would like to upgrade it to 1.0.1.Final. We should have a module replacement strategy that allows:

• Stopping 1.0.0.Final
• Unloading 1.0.0.Final
• Creating a
