Mac OSX Package Support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We need to be able to package everything into a nice OSX .pkg file
Describe the solution you'd like

1. Generate executable format (mostly done)
2. Place executable in package (see http://bomutils.dyndns.org/tutorial.html)
3. Generate CPIO manifest (Apache Commons)
4. Generate PostInstall file (bash) to launch file
5. Include MakeBom
