An explanation provided for the list of services/role of staff provided by staff in each category (example, CEO/Superintendent's Office >> Office of Strategic Partnerships (one sentence blurb))

Perhaps the data could be translated into a JSON file, and then rendered on the page using javascript. That way the information is separated from the HTML markup, and would be easier to update as things change.
