Support for async insert

Hi, thank you for enabling the use of ClickHouse with Rust! It would be fantastic to have support for [async insert](https://clickhouse.com/docs/en/optimize/asynchronous-inserts) for inserting records. 
If this functionality is already available, could you please assist me by providing an example? Thank you.
