.gitignore suggestion

adding .cache/ to the gitignore would make using lsp (specifically clangd) with pamplejuce less annoying when making a new project

Another .gitignore note: on windows in CLion with Visual Studio toolchain the build directories default to cmake-build-debug-visual-studio and cmake-build-release-visual-studio. So maybe it would be worth adding these to the .gitignore, or changing the line to cmake-build-*?
