Missing things in direct messages

Hello,
I'm trying to create a Telegram bot that uses my Instagram account to chat, So I can chat with people on Instagram using Telegram.

I found that there are three things that aren't available in direct messages as far as I know from this page:

1. Make a reaction to an existing message.
2. Send a message as a reply to an existing message.
3. Show if a message is a reply to another message using "cl.direct_messages".

If there is some workaround or something that I miss, please give me some help.
