Trying out an image based on #213 , I realized that all the conf files have the old settings in them. Also, some of the conf files have filenames that aren't easily edited by Linux tooling. An ability to recreate conf files with newer container settings would be awesome.

@unquietwiki maybe the server should recreate the files automatically on settings change. For instance, AllowedIPs changed to add or remove a new CIDR block. Subspace should automatically refresh all config files.

Best would be some form of config sync, where the client wouldn't need to login and redownload the conf file from subspace, but having the files always fresh is a nice to have, instead of having to recreate the file.
