Deploying OVN KIND clusters ignores `nodes` setting

The nodes setting normally allows us to dictate which and how many nodes get deployed, but as the OVN deployment uses the scripts from ovnk this parameter in the settings actually gets ignored.

This is not ideal, as many of our repositories have dialed in settings and the OVN deployment should use that.
