Pausing while downloading

PLEASE DO NOT JUST SAY "It does not work, or something not working etc." Provide enough relevent details so that the issue can be analyzed and reproduced easily

Describe the bug
earlier when i was downloading a video it suddenly stopped and when i tried to check if the video was paused it appeared that it was just okay. so i paused and resumed the download happily it resumed and again out of the blue it has been doing that ever since last week. i will surely appreciate if my complaint will taken into consideration and returning a feed back for me to stay updated.
