Ongoing support for user groups #2

One of my goals is to start checking in with user group organizers to find out how they're doing and whether their groups are meeting their goals.

Organizers burning out?
Enough members to support goals?
Good mix of membership?
Good momentum?
CoC problems?

This will have to be scheduled and could be done by volunteers for the most part.
