I think it's a good idea that the citizen code of conduct will be available to everyone, and I want to do my part to make this happen.

I can host a static website on AWS S3 and use the CloudFront. Also with HTTPS ;)

@reidab @christi3k any chance the website can be reinstated? (If not that's fine too, but it would be good to know for downstream dependencies.)

Stumptown Syndicate is no longer operating, so no, we can't reinstate the website unfortunately.

This work remains important to me, one of the original co-authors. I will work on getting the site up again, on my personal hosting.

@christi3k We are going through a site migration ourselves and noticed the site down. As a supporter of this effort, I'd love to help however I can, up to and including offering hosting/domain assistance in whatever form I can.

…like the site was just a template for others to use as a code of conduct (https://web.archive.org/web/20180918004821/http://citizencodeofconduct.org/), so I just removed the reference to it in the text, and adjusted the citation.
