Improving tornado alerts text

There's an ID with each alert but it's not exactly a friendly landing page. There may be a way to point at a human-friendly landing page for the alert itself, or, barring that, a landing page for the county or zone, e.g.:
https://alerts.weather.gov/search?zone=NCC021

The text parsing for now seems to work OK but should probably be forced to automatically trimming to ensure it's not rejected for length reasons.

Is the CMAMtext better than the description? If so, drop description?
