Feature: Configure strimzi canary message size

I was unable to find an option that enables the modification of messages produced and consumed by Strimzi-Canary. I would like to inquire if it is possible to permit users to define their own messages in `json` format or by providing a file in the configuration. This feature could offer more realistic metric indicators based on the actual messages present in the cluster.
