Make the required changes for the building of v4 docker images.

Closes #331 #321

New package for v4 is @strapi/strapi and v3 still lives under the original strapi package. Update to use the new package.

I already tried the changes on a Ubuntu 20.04 machine and strapi v4 works for me this way.
