Editor Role Require Membership options not being Saved

If a user has the Editor Role and restricts a post or page, the page or post is not protected and opening up the page again shows the box unchecked.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in as an Editor
2. Create a Post or Page
3. Require Members to one or more levels
4. Save Page
5. View Page - restriction not there
6. Go back to edit page, boxes are unchecked.

Expected behavior
Editors should be allowed to restrict posts.

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only Paid Memberships Pro plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Memberlite.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
