Add ORY Hydra to our cluster

Now that our go server is deployable via our deployment scripts we need to make sure our application should be self-contained by deploying a default oAuth2.0 server to our k8s cluster.

Acceptance criteria
💡 Learn how to deploy ORY Hydra to a k8s cluster
💡 Learn how to use ORY Hydra (Read the docs)
💡 Add ORY Hydra deployment manifest to our chart (e.g. in ory-hydra.yml)
💡 Make sure our deployment scripts can deploy ORY Hydra

Note that deployment should be optional by specifying a flag
