A question about svg file

Thanks for the amazing project, and i have a question about drawing SVG file. The general use of AI to make an SVG file, is this work mainly done by designers? Does the developer need to cooperate to do the work?
And, I found that the core of the project was the production of the script, which required inspiration. How did you get inspired?
