UWP fails to compile with CompileXaml task error

After upgrading PancakeView from 2.1.0.714 to 2.3.0.759 the UWP project fails to compile with the following error.
I can roll back to 2.1.00.714 and everything compiles again.

The "CompileXaml" task returned false but did not log an error.

We have min version: uap10.0.17763. This version is used by XF 4.8, which we use. Please try to update your UWP SDK
