Print preview empty

I need your help!
Configuration Angular 20, ngx-extended-pdf-viewer 23.0.0.
When running the Angular application locally, all is fine. When I call the app from remote server (nginx), the print preview opens but does'nt show the pdf, only a small placeholder. If I do a browser refresh to delete the cache, the print preview works fine. if i logout and enter again the application the print preview is again empty.

Steps:

1. open the app from remote server (nginx)
2. Call the print function of the ngxservice
3. Empty print preview (and prints an empty page)
4. Browser refresh
5. Call the print function of the ngxservice -> All fine
6. Force destroy of pdfviewer by changing the website
7. Call the print function of the ngxservice -> Empty print preview

Strange bug. Let's hunt it down. Before printing on fresh load, open DevTools → Network → check "Disable cache" → try print again.

• Does it work with cache disabled? If yes, it's definitely a caching/loading order issue with print resources.
• Is the viewer destroyed between navigations? (e.g., route change, *ngIf, etc.)
• Do you have multiple instances of ngx-extended-pdf-viewer in your app, or just one?
• What does the print preview actually show? Blank white page, grey placeholder, spinner, or the PDF container with missing content?
• In DevTools Console, any errors when print fails? Especially look for:

Cannot read property ... of null
PDFViewerApplication related errors

• Does this happen with NgxExtendedPdfViewerService.print() and also with Ctrl+P / browser print?

What I forgot to tell is that this scenario doesn't happen in Chrome, it happens in Firefox. Disabling Cache has no effekt. Perhaps, because i am using Service Worker.
The viewer is destroyed between navigations.
I have only 1 instance of ngx-extended-pdf-viewer.
The print preview shows only a grey placeholder.
The only message (beside the standard message with the pdf-versions) from the viewer: Warning: Unimplemented border style: inset
I use the print function of NgxExtendedPdfViewerService and the effect does also happen with CTRL+P

@stephanrauh I also reproduce this issue, using the latest Firefox. Confirmed, it happens only on Firefox, Chromium-based browsers seems uneffected (I tried both Chrome and Edge), also Safari seems not affected.
