responsive design: modifying `[mobileFriendlyZoom]` doesn't re-render the toolbar

The mobile-friendly zoom demo works, but the content of the toolbar changes when you click the "find" button. Only after clicking this button, the toolbar is re-rendered with responsive design and the updated setting of [mobileFriendlyZoom] in mind.
