Tests fail to launch with newer versions of Wiremock #1328

Some insight:

If I disable autodetection of JUnit extensions, the test suite starts again and the tests using Wiremock are passing
But many tests are failing since disabling the autodetection disables the JSON-LD context server extension

So there seems to be a conflict between autodetection and the Wiremock extension ... still have to find what it is...
