I can not reproduce this.
Also, it would be much easier trying to reproduce something like this if you also provided the text file. Or at least the link in text form - it's hard to type the url from a gif where the url itself is only shown a few seconds...

my apologies . how stupid of me . attached please find demonstrating GIF and relevant text file . upon insertion of link to this page at bottom of text file please observe no pop-op box is presented . upon switching to another page and returning said pop-up is successful .

i can still reliably reproduce the error . also i can reliably work around the error by ensuring it is not the last line in the file exempli gratia merely hitting the "Enter" key after the end of the link is sufficient work around .
