Disable printing to terminal when pager is opened.

When less is opened, smartless still prints out the first screen of text regardless. This annoys me a lot, and I would like an option to disable it if that would be possible.

Hey, I'm sorry if I'm not following a set workflow or anything, but I have been using a modified version of the script that does this by default, and I haven't had any problems yet with it. I created a pull request #17 for it, but please note that it doesn't give the option to not output to terminal, but does it by default
