Bug Report

Refactor add addresses component and make it reusable

Problem

Currently, We have similar UI for adding addresses to watch or to save, It makes sense to create a reusable version of that component so that it can be used in multiple places.

Expected behavior

Refactor the component into an abstraction of copy and events

Actual behavior

Component is not reusable
