As a user, I want to be able to send and recieve messages over Status through Bluetooth Low Energy. This way I can have fairly long range offline communication without needing to mess with antennas or broadcasting.
Notes
The Berty app already does this for P2P connections, but their app is still in the early stages of development. https://berty.tech
