"Note to self" chat

As a user, I want an E2E encrypted way to share notes, links, images, and more data with myself, between devices through a chat that only I can access.

This is possible by creating a group chat and leaving invites blank, but it doesn't sync across devices, and is somewhat buggy.

Requirements:

• Must be end-to-end encrypted
• Should sync across devices (future)
• Should have an option to disable in settings
