Localisation Step 4.2 - Inclusion of custom indicators

During the LISP, teams may select extra indicators that are not in the main survey (not core or optional). To support this, in the platform teams can:

• Add custom indicators to their team.

  • For each indicator, they must upload a valid xlsform file containing only the questions that should be asked to get the information needed for the indicator.
  • The xlsform file will be validated with pyxform to ensure there are no technical errors. If required, the questions will be added into the main HOLPA survey xlsform before validation.

• Add indicators to the correct part of the correct form:

  • Choose household survey or field survey
  • Within each survey, review the set of core/optional indicators, grouped into sections/ submodules. Users must choose which section/submodule to add the custom indicator questions.

• The custom indicator questions will be included in the team's xlsform(s).
