Create a page to let team members:

Select the language(s) they will use for their surveys.
See the available XlsformTemplates and the languages those templates are available in.
Pick one or more existing translations to use and/or create their own translations using the process developed in Localisation Step 1 - Translation of XLSform #3.

The result should be that the team model entry is linked to one or more languages, and has a set of Xlsform entries that:

are created from the XlsformTemplates
are linked to the translations that were chosen or created by the team.
