Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Right now Manager moves the new task to the execution only when the previous task was completed, but actually there is a composition phase on Manager and the agents are doing nothing. And we can actually upload the new task to the manager even before the previous Agent task was completed.

Describe the solution you'd like

There should be some way to have two simultaneous tasks at the same time
