Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Seems like GitHub provides better integration and allows macos execution for free, so it worth to check how it could be running with the existing circleci workflows.

Another reason for migration - is weird CircleCI API, which is limited in v1 and has bad access restrictions for v2 for the read-only access.

Ok, overall it looks fine - but some weird exception with AWS provider: https://github.com/state-of-the-art/BlendNet/runs/1206969740 - looks like it just need to complete #86 to fix it.

Nightly builds on github actions seems working well: https://github.com/state-of-the-art/BlendNet/actions/runs/305877427
