Kyiv, Ukraine: Update English name to "Kyiv" from "Kiev" #95
Description
The capital of the Ukraine is displayed as "Kiev" on the toner tiles. However the correct English transliteration is "Kyiv".
The English Wikipedia changed the name in 2020. Some OpenStreetMap tiles already use it (we would however prefer to keep using toner).
