Missing map parts in Berlin area, Germany

Hi there, this is severe. Can still be reproduced using the link given above. Seems to be a caching issue on the side of fastly.net.

I came across this problem as the Stamen tiles are used in the standard setup of CKAN which is used with out modification as a standard open data portal around the globe. This should really be fixed! How can this problem be prioritized much higher? I am glad to to help if I can.
