Remove renderer dropdown if only one available #203

If there is only one renderer option available for a style, we should remove the dropdown box to allow for a less cluttered UI.

This should be straight forward.

While we're in there, let's confirm that any style without renderer set explicitly in the local config defaults to the renderer specified in type.
