Mapbox/maplibre attribution in the way in phone mode #202

When opening the dropdown menu, the Mapbox/Maplibre attribution gets in the way. Looks like that element has a z-index of 2. Let's see if we can just use a z-index of 3 on dropdowns to fix this since it's the only element that seems to run into problems. I'd rather avoid manipulating Mapbox CSS if possible.
