An stu_rumps soll zukünftig die Spalte max_crew hängen. Diese soll dann je nach Rumpf individuell den statischen maximalen Crew Wert für jeden Rumpf wiedergeben. Die Berechnung aus stu_rumps_cat_role_crew für die maximale Crew, würde dann dort entfallen.
