On Mac OS:
docker: Error response from daemon: driver failed programming external connectivity on endpoint gitlab (92a7108e8c66d916fc02aaedc20cb9e747f42c2705f19f0cb16670870ef645aa): Error starting userland proxy: Bind for 0.0.0.0:22: unexpected error (Failure EADDRINUSE).

way to solve:

system preference -> sharing -> uncheck remote login
