Users are not added to the correct user group

Hello, I recently installed RexShop on my MyBB forum; I have confirmed the setup is correct, and all requests are reaching the server as they should.

When users check out, they are not set to the VIP group; however, they are charged, and the request is sent to the server.

Would love some help with this
