Use the new Elasticsearch Rest5Client

Elasticsearch switche to a new Rest5Client, the old one is still available as an optional dependency.

Spring Data Elasticsearch should do the same, make the new Rest5Client the default and deprecate use of the old one making it an optional dependency.
