Don't have STS in the folder

I did not find the STS install in the folder.

I vaguely remember another user reporting a similar problem. It turned to be the executable somehow got removed from his downloaded zip file. How that happened is still a mystery, perhaps some kind of virus filter or download corruption. In his case the issue was resolved simply by downloading a fresh copy of STS. So maybe give that a try.
