I am a strong proponent of Open Source Software and sharing what I create with others. My primary focus is to share whatever tools I create with others and contribute back to whatever open source tools and software I am currently using.

The only real way to grow and evolve the software we use is through sharing it with others and letting others contribute. Every company I join, I push them to open source as much as possible. I always encourage any company I am at to utilize the open-source tools that I and others have created and shared. I advocate for OSS in a practical sense.
