Become a sponsor to Scott Bezek

Hi there, I'm Scott! 👋

I build hardware and software in my free time, like the Splitflap project - a low cost DIY split-flap display, or the SmartKnob project - a DIY haptic input device! It's been amazing seeing the community develop around these projects, and I try my best to be as helpful as possible so everyone can build along!

If you've found any of my work useful or helpful, a sponsorship will help me keep ordering and testing new iterations/releases of the designs, as well as purchase development tools like oscilloscopes, soldering supplies, etc. Each mechanical prototype iteration of a project typically costs ~$30-$60, and each PCB prototype typically costs ~$15-25, so a sponsorship will allow me to test out new designs more frequently and faster.

I'm also always open to in-kind offers as well, particularly if you're near the San Francisco Bay Area - if you or your company are getting rid of any hardware that you think I'd find useful for development, send me an email! In many ways in-kind contributions can be even more impactful than cash, and I also love a good refurb/repair project too! If you'd like to send me something, my email is [email protected] and my PO box is:

Cheers, and thanks for considering sponsoring my work!
