• [ ] For Shangrila-Veterans Healing Places. Here, I have a series of ideas. Ideally, I'd like to develop a sound mission or business model (Depending on how the project will scale and in a Steve Blank sense here). My hope is that thriving communities are enabled where veterans can live/work/play and if needed educate and up-skill themselves to reintegrate into the civilian world. The project could also evolve to help solve homelessness around the world. I need to do the financial modelling, in order to determine how the designs that I have started with, can be enabled for $5000 (US or Canadian).
• [ ] The sponsorship will help pay for the registration of the organization, further validating the business/mission model (for profit vs handing the project to VA), fees for incorporation, consultation with lawyers (cross border organization - As I am a Canadian) and accountants, employee salaries, preparing for a round of equity crowd-funding or Series-A. As well, I would like to draw a salary and that depends on how many hours I will commit to the project as I have a couple of projects on the go.
