GHEdit needs to be up to date with upstream VS Code #24

currently, it uses VS Code 1.5.3 as base. It would be nice if this REALLY F*CKIN AWESOME EDITOR would be up-to-date with upstream VSCode.

At this time of writing, current is 1.14.2
