Android Device Can't see Eon on Wifi list

I used three android devices, one is a chinese smartphone that prob has limitation built in. Another is a amazon tablet that's lower performance I guess. The third is an android device that has no problem installing app and run ok but the app doesn't show the Eon device on the wifi list of device.

Also the chinese smartphone which uses android 14 can't install the app. Is it due to android 14 or just the chinese smartphone restriction on unknown app?
