Fail on results for integration within a CI pipeline #34

The dotnet-outdated tool have an option to fail when there are outdated packages found (https://github.com/dotnet-outdated/dotnet-outdated#failing-when-updates-are-available). This is very handy to use within a CI pipeline. How do you guys think about implementing this in snitch?
