Markup change for magaz #2682
Description
During the license review in Fedora https://gitlab.com/fedora/legal/fedora-license-data/-/issues/552 we found that ctan (latex package) in subpackage "version" in file https://mirrors.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/version/version.sty is used this license:
% Copyright 2009 by Donald Arseneau ([email protected])
% based on version.sty Copyright 1990 by Stephen Bellantoni,
% loosely based on "annotation.sty" by Tom Hofmann.
%
% These macros may be freely used, transmitted, reproduced, or modified

This is a very close match to https://spdx.org/licenses/magaz.html
The only difference is that magaz has "This software may..." while version has "These macros may...".
I propose that we add markup to magaz license to accommodate wording from version.sty.
